treasury are the building for keep an artifact n Wonder of the World Plan (WW Plan)
This building can be used at lvl 10 n 20.. when u reach lvl 10 u can carry out a small artifact.. and if u reach lvl 20 u can take 2 artifact or 1 big artifact or 1 WW Plan.
Requisites: Main Building level 10
