Cultur Point it really needed when u wan build up new village

why? because u can't build up new village when u CP(cultur point) not enough..
u can see it at your residen or ur palace.. and how to get it?
there was are 2 way..

1st way are make a party.. and u can got about 500 CP for small party n 2000 CP for large party.. but it need a cost for sure..

and the 2nd way are from building
this is some info of gaining CP from your building

Building level 20 --
Market - 115, Academy - 153, Municipal House - 192 Trade Center - 115 all totaled 575 points culture day.
Besides the Palace - 192, Workshop - 115, -153 embassy and the Treasury (Treasury) -230.

Building following the 20 level gives 77 points of culture, the weapons and armor Store, Main Building, stable (Stable), Resident and stabling Great.

The remaining buildings on level 20 only returned 38 points culture.

So you can which buildings that are appropriate to upgrade fully. (at less can help you for reduce the rates should be festive, festive costs)
