what is it building used for??


for an individual player,,
1st this building is used for approve the invitation from the ally u applying or and ally who are inviting u to join them..

2nd if u reach this building to lvl 3 u can build up an new ally and u can manage that ally...

for an ally
this building used for increase ur member capacity.. for each lvl u can have 3 sit for a new member..

at the first time u build a new ally ur member cap already 9 because u need build ur embassy to lvl 3 for build an ally like i said before.. so if u upgrade this building to lvl 4 u can carry out about 12 member.. and lvl 5 can carry about 15 member.. +3 member for every lvl..

when u already build up ur ally with 60 member at lvl 20 and u have a big war and then ur embassy collapse.. the member can still at there even u didn't build up ur embassy anymore but if u want to invite a new member u can't do that coz u didn't have embassy..

this building can buildup by a member, it didn't must for an ally owner for build it up to lvl 20..
